Fun In the Sun 2025 Cancellation Policy

  •  Any cancellations between 61 days before arrival will incur a 50% penalty
  •  Any cancellations between 60 and 31 days before arrival will incur a 75% penalty.
  •  Within 30 days before arrival, any cancellations or no-shows will be 100% non-refundable. 
  • Cancellation notice must be received immediately and in writing via email to both the Fun in the Sun team. [email protected]
  • Canceled suite reservations will return to the Fun in the Sun room block and be awarded to waiting list occupants accordingly. Again, Incentive registration is for returning Summerfest 2023 and 2024 guests. Should a returning guest cancel, that incentive registration is nonrefundable and may only be transferable to another returning guest. Regular registration is nonrefundable but transferable.
